For over 30 years....

Larry Buckmaster has been a top-producing realtor in southeastern Michigan.  Larry enjoys "telling the tale" of why he became a realtor.

"In 1978 I was looking to purchase my first house.  I called many realtors, told them exactly what I was looking for, answered all their questions and never heard from them again or, even worse, wasted my time looking at tri-levels and colonials when I explicitly told them I wanted a ranch.

"I finally found an agent who, while wasn't well dressed and did not drive a nice car, at least showed me what I said I wanted.  In a few hours time, he found the right house, wrote the offer and made a sale.  The only thing he did differently was to actually listen to me and get to work.

"I decided that day that I could be successful in the real estate business.  Within a few weeks I began pre-license training and within a few months I became a license agent with the B.F. Chamberlain Company in Livonia, Michigan."
